AAA Cargo Confirms Quality with New ISO 9001 Certificate

AAA Cargo successfully completed its audit session. The quality management system has confirmed compliance with ISO 9001:2015 in both countries of operation – though in different forms.

When a logistics company handles pharmaceuticals and clinical trial samples, there is no “sometimes” in quality. It must be measurable, documented, and predictable. That is precisely why special attention was paid during the audits to processes involving temperature-sensitive cargo and shipments requiring strictly defined temperature ranges and delivery timelines.

In Russia, a surveillance audit took place. This scheduled review confirmed that the company maintains benchmark business processes and continues to improve the quality of its logistics services. The certificate was renewed with zero non-conformities found.

In Belarus, a recertification audit was conducted – a more comprehensive procedure. The experts confirmed a high level of documentation management, shipment control, and risk management. A new certificate has been issued for a three-year term.
